The owner of Advanced Appraisal grew up in the Village of Alsip a couple blocks from the Chicago and Mt. Greenwood border, residing there for nearly 24 years. He has extreme knowledge of the area and still has strong ties to the community. We perform residential single family, multifamily and small commercial properties in the Village of Alsip for Estate, Divorce, possible sale/purchase and many other purposes. 

Mr. Ramos was born in the Village of Oak Lawn with immediate family being in this area after moving from Chicago from the 1960's to present. His sister resides and raises her kids in the area with his grandmother teaching 3rd grade at St. Linus in the 1970's and 1980's. We are very active in the area, have strong longtime relationships with some of the most active agents in the community and otherwise. 

Mr. Ramos attended Alan B Shepard High School in Palos Heights, resided in adjacent villages for over 30 years, being very active and familiar with the market. We perform appraisals for Estate, Divorce and other similar purposes monthly.
