The owner of Advanced Appraisal was a resident of Oak Forest for nearly 10 years, owned property in Oak Forest and had 2 addresses in the village for that time. The owner's wife also grew up in the Village of Oak Forest with strong ties to the community. 

We are very active in the Orland Park community almost weekly performing dozens of Estate and Pre-Listing Appraisals in and near the Silver Lake to Catalina and Wheeler Drive areas, from your standard Ranch and Split Levels to high end custom homes. We perform appraisals on many 6+ unit multifamily properties on and near Orlan Brook Drive often or 2-4 units West of LaGrange Rd as well. We also complete a significant amount of appraisals for local business owners for small commercial and vacant land properties. 

We are very active in the Tinley Park community. The owner resides a block from the Village of Tinley Park border, has many close friends who own and operate many well known Tinley businesses such as the Union Bar and Grill or Primal Cut. Mr. Ramos' son plays travel baseball for the Tinley Park Bobcat organization. We are very active appraising in Kimberly Heights, Historic Tinley Park to the near Andrew High School areas of Tinley Park for Divorce, Estate and many other purposes as well as multifamily, small commercial and vacant land properties. 

We are very active in this market as well, with one of our staff appraisers residing in Midlothian, on the border of Oak Forest, but also a previous long time resident of the City of Chicago, and an appraiser for near 35 years.
