Our Immediate Area and Trends

The owner of Advanced Appraisal was a resident of Oak Forest for nearly 10 years, owns property in Oak Forest and still has 2 addresses in the village. The owner's wife also grew up in Oak Forest with strong ties to the community. 

We are very active in this market as well, with one of our staff appraisers residing in Midlothian, on the border of Oak Forest, but a previous long time resident of the City of Chicago, and an appraiser for near 30 years.
